Nice to Have

  • Exposure to OpenAI, Anthropic or other LLM APIs
  • Experience building agentic workflows or AI-enabled automation
  • AWS, Bash, CI/CD or Airflow experience
  • A background or demonstrated interest in finance, fintech, investment research or quantitative systems

What's In It for You

  • Competitive base salary of $160k-$230k plus discretionary bonus
  • Significant ownership from day one
  • Direct exposure to investment research and quantitative workflows

  • A small team with direct access to decision-makers and minimal bureaucracy

Why This Role

This is a strong opportunity for an engineer who wants to stay hands-on while gaining genuine exposure to the investment industry.

You will work on software that directly influences how research is conducted and risk is understood, with the autonomy to shape both existing systems and entirely new products.
